Hey i lost 10lbs in the last 2 weeks .. i quit eating potatoes (i already eat REALLY healthy) and i watched my carbs/sugars but i also mixed up my cardio workout from all elliptical to adding some running and walking and housework,etc .. anyways my friend said i probably lost mostly water weight ... i know what this means when u starve yourself but what does that mean in my case? I've been drinking plenty of water and still working out,etc ... just curious .. i dont think i could have lost any muscle weight even though i missed the gym the last two days from being at the dentist
