water water everywhere- so lets all have a drink.

I am one of those lucky people who loves water. even when not on a weight loss regime i drink a few pints a day. Seen as its apparantly a great help to weight loss i wont complain.:hurray:

Is there anyone out there who hates water and if so how to you cope with needing it as an aid to your weight loss?
 
I don't hate water, but I don't seem to get thirsty enough most of the time to get anywhere near recommended amounts. I started tracking it like I track my calories (my calorie counter allows me to do it) and I check my counter every so often during the day to see how my fluid intake is going. If anything now I find myself having a little too much water. (Although that being said, my calorie counter also counts the water in foods, so if it reads 4 litres I've probably drunk 2-2.5)
