Water Question

We all know how important water is and etc etc and that we should drink I-don't-know-how-much-litres per day but anyway, that's not my problem because I drink loads of it everyday.
However, I heard that water along with your meals (at lunch time, dinner time) is pretty "insignificant" compared to the benefits of drinking it in-between meals. So, the water you drink at lunch/dinner time shouldn't be accounted in those litres you should drink daily.. ?

Is this true ??? :D Thanks Y'all Healthy Adorable Heads

It can be counted. 8 glasses by 8 ounces doesn't matter how you cut it. Ideally i rather not drink water w. most of my meals because it could make me feel fuller when eating and i want to gain weight.

that's exactly what I wanted to hear 'cause I always feel extremely thirsty when eating so I need at least 3 cups. Thanks!

it is true that regardless of whether your drinking water with food or without it ends up the same amount, but it's a good idea to drink throughout the day to keep your body continually hydrated.

i'm not saying that it's bad to drink more at meals than when your not eating but in my opinion it wouldnt be the best idea to drink all your dailly water in one or two sittings.

'they' say it's better to drink water when your eating than other beverages.
some of 'them' even say thats all you should drink when your eating.

cheers! *takes a big gulp of water*
