I'm starting this up to show what type of foods I am eating as I stated I would do in another post. I am working on getting out of a severe calorie deficit that I recently found out I am in. Eating healthier food choices, I didn't realize how few calories I was actually consuming. I have started using SparkPeople recently to track my intake so I am not sure how much of my food intake I will keep posted here but I may use this to journal my exercise.

The numbers from left to right represent Calories/Carb(grams)/Fat(grams)/Protien(grams) in that order.

day 1

Pineapple, fresh, 3 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick) 123Cal / 31Carb / 1Fat / 1Protien

Burritos I made consisting of;
Tyson boneless skinless frozen chicken breast, 148 gram 145Cal/ 0Carb/ 3Fat/ 30 protien

Ortega whole wheat tortillas 8", 2 serving 260cal/ 42carb/ 7fat/ 6 protien

chi-chi's medium thick & chunky salsa, 4 tbsp 20cal/ 4carb/ 0fat/ 0 protien

Green Onion, 4 tbsp 8cal/ 1carb /0fat/ 0protien

Kroger Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp 40cal/ 6carb/ 0fat/ 2protien

Sargento Authentic Mexican shredded cheese, 0.3 cup 132cal/ 1carb/ 11fat/ 8 protien

also had a lot of lettuce and some jalepenos but I don't think that counts for much. Total for 2 burritos = 605cal /55carb /21fat /47protien

snacks;
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) 6cal /1carb /0fat/ 0 protien

Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp 180cal/ 6carb/ 16fat/ 7protien

daily total = 915cal/ 93carb/ 38fat/ 56protien = calories from: 40% carbs/37% fats/ 24% protien.

I hope you get the idea on the number scheme here.. I am tired of halving to edit the list so, once again the numbers are in this order calories, grams carbs, grams fat, grams protien.

daily totals = 1,189, 126, 37, 93. % cals from; 41% carbs, 28% fat, 31% protien.

Day 2 listed is more typical of my current daily intake as of right now. Day one was from last week. I am slowly increasing my calories until I get to a number that is more desireable.
