Drink lots of water!!!
Water helps cleanse the body, liver, kidneys, blood, ect.
Water keeps your skin soft and slows down the aging process.
If you are thirsty your brain sometimes interprets that as hunger causing you to over eat. It help fills you up while dieting.
If you don't let yourself fall to the point of thirst you are less likely to drink a quick fix like high calorie/sugar juices and sodas.
Seeing it is summer and you are doing cardio activities like running you could/should drink even more water then you already are like 3-4 liters/day.
