Water??? good to drink??

:confused: I'm aiming to get rid of my body fat, and ass fat. Im doing running and swimming, aswell as a healthy diet?!!

Just wondering water is good to drink ye? i drink at least 6 small bottles a day.

Am i doing the right training. to get rid of my body fat
 
Yep, me too. I drink water almost exclusivly now. (past month or so) Iced tea sweeted with lemon and sometimes juice will sneak in there, but that has been it. I am going to take the advice I saw on some other posts and get some skim milk in the house for breakfeast.

They say the first step to solving any problem is to admit there is a problem. Looks like you are already at the "lets do something about the problem" stage. Good luck.
 
Water Rocks!!

Drink lots of water!!!
Water helps cleanse the body, liver, kidneys, blood, ect.
Water keeps your skin soft and slows down the aging process.
If you are thirsty your brain sometimes interprets that as hunger causing you to over eat. It help fills you up while dieting.
If you don't let yourself fall to the point of thirst you are less likely to drink a quick fix like high calorie/sugar juices and sodas.
Seeing it is summer and you are doing cardio activities like running you could/should drink even more water then you already are like 3-4 liters/day.
