wat to do...where to start.

hi im james im 18 about 5'11 and 260lbs (so the scale says but i dont trust it). i want to be around 190 and fit and healthy i did workouts every now and then but just dont commit. where should i start and wat should i start. also wat is a good diet to start im not much of a veggie man but if they help me lose wieght and get healthy ill survive lol. any help is greatly appreciated thnx.
 
Start excersing daily...eat a combination of protein and carbs, eat smaller portions throughout the day instead of three huge meals...cut out the junk food...it starts to become common sense after awhile...start reading up on it and look at healthy recipes...to get a general idea of what you should be eating. Fruits and yes veggies ...beleive me when it comes to eating what's good for you eventually you'll learn to like it...good luck.
