Hello.
im Emma.
i have yoyo dieted between a size 8 and a size 14 (USA 4 and 10) since i was 13-14.
i am a full time mum but want to go back to work as a dancer...
desperate to get the last few pounds off and tone right up before that happens. its always the last few pounds that are hardrest to shit so i got alot of work to do
i am currently 137 pounds and my goal is to reach 125-126 by xmas.
i am doing 4 30 min cardio workouts a week (plus lots of brisk walking)
3 weights workouts a week
1 hour long dance class a week plus dance practise during week
i am not eating overly healthy but i am eating 4-5 small meals a day and eating things in moderation.
good luck to all of you people trying to lose weight and tone up.
