New to the whole working out deal. I'm 18 and only weigh 125 pounds. I would be really pleased to put on at least 10-15 pounds of muscle this year. If anyone could give a newbie some tips I would much appreciate it! Thanks!
Hey and welcome! Have you taken a look at any of the sticky threads yet? Start there for information to develop an appropriate program. A training journal in the Journal section is always helpful for getting tips and advice on a regular basis.
