So about 5 years ago I started packing on some pounds.. I used to be 195 210 area and I'm 5'11 I am built big broad shoulders and a barrel chest but I now have a belly and some man boobs..


So I just Joined a GYM and I need to know what exercises I need to do to burn the fat on my belly and get rid of my man boobs I am currently about 240 and I would like to get back to my 210 area or 225 just toned up..


So what are some crucial steps I need to take to reach my goals.. I know I need to Diet but it seems like every time I look at what I should do for Diet everything is different so its confusing.. Should I be taking Multivitamins? Should I be taking some sort of Weight loss supplement? Should I be taking other types of supplements? Now running I used to be able to do my 2 mile in 13 min and now i have poor knees and back since my tour of duty so i need some low impact stuff someone please help me and point me in the right Direction as far as how to start my diet and what to eat how many times a day to eat and what excises and supplements i need to be taking.. Thanks for the help

I Jarad, welcome to the forum!

I don't think it would hurt to take a Multivitamin. I use One A Day Vita Craves gummies, lol. The managers at the gym you join should be able to help you with a good workout plan. Or maybe some of the male members on the forum can help you.


They changed this forum since I was here Monday. So I will have to learn the site all over again. "I feel like a "Newbie".


Ok, I did a little reading, at the top of this thread, we have a forum Nav: click the arrow and check out the threads. We have "Weight Loss Methods", "Exercises"; and "Weight Lost Through Exercises". Just look the sites over you may find something you like.


Jarad, just start cutting down on your foods, use portion size, and start a good exercise routine. Eat healthy, I was counting points with weight watchers. But for the pass week and a haft I just eat three sensible meals a day. Portion sizes, mostly veggies, protein, and drink lots of water. I don't eat after my last meal (around 6:00pm). I met my goal of 145 pounds, but I am gaining back a little since I started my vitamins back.
