Hi! I am new here and just joined after reading so much helpful advice and posts. I joined because I need to renew my motivation. I used to be 200lbs+ and over the years I have dropped down to about 146 lbs. But I have recently reached a plateau. I would like to reach 138 and be very toned. I always try to maintain healthy eating habits but consistent exercise is an issue. I am hoping that having feedback and being part of a positive environment will help me reach my goal.
