Ive recently started working out but I have still been eating unhealthy. Ive decided to commit myself to eating the right foods but I have no idea what I should be eating. I am aiming to bulk up more at the moment. If anyone could point me in the direction of a good book(s) or a website(s) which lists what healthy foods and also the amount of each thing they contain e.g. protein, carbs etc.
Also it would be great if someone could point me in the direct of a book or website that tells me what my daily intake of carbs,protien etc should be. Sorry about my lack of knowledge but I really do have no idea of what my daily intake should be of these different things.
