Want to Share Some Thoughts

I applaude everyone for their weight loss efforts, but, there are some things which concern me. I am a personal weight loss coach, and I am also a client. I see HUNGRY written all over the place. If you are hungry, there is something missing in your diet, whichever diet you chose. If you aren't hungry, and are giving your body everything it needs at the cellular level (remember that's where at all begins), then the weight will come off. I'm talking about all the vitamins/minerals/oils/protien/carbs/fats/water etc. Everyone is different, no one diet fits all. You have to make adjustments to your plan to fit your body needs. When everything comes into balance, everything works together, and let me tell you its an amazing experience. You lose weight, have energy, and you feel good about yourself. And isn't that what we really all want, to feel good about ourselves. Its not just the outside but the inside that makes it happen. So basically if you want to lose weight and do it in a manner which does not suit your body, it won't work. But if you work with your body, guess what you get, BALANCE = WEIGHT LOSS
