Want to lose weight please help

Hello, I'm 17 and I weigh 186.5 lbs and I am about 6'1. As of now, I don't work out or do anything to stay in shape. Basically I just want to know what I should do to start losing some fat and getting toned. Like some sort of workout plan and a diet plan. But for the workout plan I need things that don't require any equipment. If you have any questions please ask and thank you in advance. :) Oh and I'm a boy.
