Hey 
I've been chubby all my life, and have never really loved my body.
I've dieted off an on, and spent two years on a "lettuce and water diet" that accomplished nothing except minus 15 lbs and some health problems. I want to lose the weight in a healthy way and I want to lose it for good.
I'm 20 years old, female, 5'11, and around 175-180 lbs. I went on vacation last week and really came face to face with the fact that I'm not comfortable with my body. I really want to lose enough weight to look and feel at my optimal health.
I need to start a serious diet and stick to it this time. I hope this site helps me keep on track.
