Want to loose weight

Hi,

I am a vegeterian from India. My current height is 5'3 cm and weight is 74 kg. I want to loose atleast 12 kg by this december.

My schedule is as below:

Mornning :
- 3 glass of warm water
- After 1/2 an hour Milk with cornflakes

Mid Morning
- Tea

Afternoon
- Orange Juice
- 1 Roti
- 1 small bowl Sabji
- buttermilk
- 1 bowl salad

evening
- Apple

Night:
- Soup / Handwa / 3 Dhosa etc
- Isabgool

I work out for 45 min, 5 days a week.

Please let me know if i can make changes in my diet plan as i am not able to reduce my weight.

I have the constipation problem from my childhood.

Please help me out.
