Sport Want to gain weight and mass

I'm 155 at 5'9, I want to bulk up. Is eating everything in sight plus a regular workout good? Or should I aim to eat less fatty food more protein better then a see food diet? :confused:
 
get quality calories, dont load up on junk or fast food. complete proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats from good food choices will give you good results. ;)
