Want to drop weight but maintain muscle mass.
I currently have weight on my hips and lower stomach, but when i start doing cardio 3 times a week I also drop muscle weight. I workout 5-6 times per week and eat pretty much tuna sandwiches non stop. Anyone have suggestions?
I’m 6'4'' and weigh about 177 pounds
Workout plan:
Mon: chest
Tues: legs
Wes: Back
Thurs:Bis and Tris
Fri: Chest
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: off
I also do:
Mon: Chest and Tris
Tues:Legs
Wes: Back and Bis
Thurs: Off
Fri: Chest and Tris
Sat:Shoulders
Sun: Off
I gain mass, but once I start doing cardio I burn up the muscle mass.
