want sick obliques

you know how everyone always say "i want 6 pack abs" and all that stuff but basically never even focus on the OBLIQUES?

Obliques are right next to the abdominals and they are kinda like an accessory to an already awesomelooking outfit.

I already have really kickass 6 pack abs with perfect definition, but i want sick obliques right at my sides. So far I've been doing:

- incline twisting sit ups
- dumbbell side bends
- broomstick twists

to workout my obliques.

I'm seeing some improvement, like the obliques are at the sides but i only see one good muscle on each of the sides. I want them to follow the layout with the entire ab muscle.

Any tips??
I don't have mcuh fat on there either btw. I had some, but i started running/swimming and now theyr'e mostly gone.
 
Yeah, watch your diet.

Haha, I also think most of your posts brag about something as well, but I guess you're confident...or something;)
 
Hey Dragon, how long did it take for your abs to become 'kick ass abs' lol ive been doing them for 4 months now they've really came along way but you can see them really well in certain lighting and hardly in other lighting situations. Im okay for the bodyfat im really skinny, anyway how long did it take you to develop your abs to what they are now.
 
Take a medicine ball and move it from one side to another on a decline bench (while in the "seated" position). This really kills my obliques more than anything.

well for some reason i always had "kickass abs". So i can't really tell you when they started to get really kickass.

p.s. yea i seem to be bragging every post eh? :D

i'm pretty proud of my bod
