Hi everybody! Just entered the forum and wanted some advices from you guys.

I'm 21 y/o female.

So... One year ago I got into some heavy depressione, started taking lots of meds and not going out. I was 1.67 x 64kg and now I'm 1.67 x 97kg.

It was a really hard year but with lots of therapy I feel so much better. I take half of the meds I used to take now, and I lost 3kg recently. I was 100kg.

I wanna lose weight now cause I feel like I actually can. But I still have a big fear of going out, so the gym is a no no for me atm.

I got a diet plan that is basically like this
Morning: One glass of milk with cereal (30gram)

Snack: banana

Lunch: 70grams of pasta/rice/couscous/lentils with lots of salda with balsamic vinegar and one egg omelette or chicken

Snack: fruit or almonds

Dinner: salad with one egg omelet with various types of vegetables, and one slice of bread

My question is.. if I correctly follow this diet plus doing cardio (1 hour and squats and other stuff if I feel like I can ahaha) at home 4/5 times a week, how much weight will I be lose, kinda in two months?

Thank you all for reading, really... I hope somebody helps!

your diet looks like it could be on the low side for calories and protein especially for someone of your current weight, what is the calorie count ? and macro breakdown (protein, carbs, fat) ?

Exercise needs to be a mix of cardio and strength exercises.

You should be aiming for no more than 1kg per week loss, above this you will be loosing at an unhealthy and unsustainable rate putting you at risk of muscle loss and rapidly regaining the weight if you stop your new diet.
