wanna lose ten pounds how??

Im looking to lose ten pounds and tone up how should i go about it?? this is what i looked like before i gained ten pounds i wanna tone up so bad how do i do it all at home
 
Your very pretty :). I'd say cardio cardio cardio and thien ? More cardio. Cardiovasular : Anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat for an extended period of time. If you wan't to loose weight just run every day 5km (3 miles) wich is aproximetly 30 minuts depending on your fitness level. For toneing start working out at the gym say 3 days a week. If you just want to be toned lift low weight and alot of reps. The weight you loose from cardio will already give you a more cut (toned) look because your choppin off that extra fat. Do this and you'll be just dandy. I'm sure the experts on the site will have more input thats just my advise to ya.

Cardio and weight training are a far second and third to your diet. Diet is key to any kind of "toning". If you're getting serious about this, a 40/40/20 ratio is a very effective/all around good ratio. Carbs/Protein/Fat, so in one day 40% of your Kcalories will come from carbohydrates, 40% from proteins, and 20% from fats. Some people agree with this method, others just watch what they eat. No candy, no soda, no simple sugars, etc. you're mainly left with lean meats, dairy, some fruits, vegies, dark rices/breads, etc. 10lbs isn't too much weight, especially if you're motivated.
