Walking With Music BPM

Hi,


I've finally decided to get rid of my Wobbly Bits.


I can't afford gym membership or anything fancy and my Mum said walking is one of the best things for weightloss.


Even though I hate walking I'm gonna give it a go with the aid of some music. I've found a few up tempo songs that I like which are about 130-140 BPM if I walk at this pace will it be enough to get my heart rate up enough to lose weight?
 
Hi i have started doing the same thing walking 2 miles a day, 140 BPM is pretty up pace i think you should have no issue walking off the weight.

Superb thank you..... I wasn't sure if it was too slow, too fast or just right.


It's all very well walking but if you're not walking fast enough it's pointless so just wanted to check!
