hello!
I'm new to this forum and I happy to be a member, everyone seem's so nice an friendly!
I have about 20 pounds of weight to loose( I'm about 155 pounds and my goal is 135) that I've gained throught emotional eating during my adolescence( tough times...as for alot of you I'm sure
)
I'm the girl who has suscribed 4-5 times to gyms and has always quit after 1 or 2 months. So I guess i'm not a gym kinda girl...
I eat very well ( vegys and fruit, whole grains, almost no meat or junk food) but I've never been active and I so frustrated of being so godamed TIRED all the time!! I only 23 by I often feel like an old lady, my metabolism is sooooo sloooow!! so..enough wining.
My goal is to try to walk every day for about an hour, or at least 30min if I don't have alot of time. Walking is suppose to be one of the best exersice for fat loss and for gaining energy.
Today is my first day, it's minus 28 degrees outside( I live in quebec! ) but the cold isn't gonna stop me!
