im gonig to do this now, before iv'e started my 'new life' and again in a few months, see how my mind-set has changed, and how i feel diffrent.



1.) How much weight do you want to lose?
Half of my body weight. to be around 126 lbs.

2.) What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
im giving myself 12 months to lose a good share of the weight, and then however long after that.


3.) How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
diet and exercise! just joined the gym going to start going before and after uni, as is only down the road.

4.) Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

i'd like to say my boyfriend of 5 years, but he's lazy eat like a horse and dosnt gain a lb. so just me.

5.) How realistic is your goal?

I think it’s realistic i hope.

6.) When will you start?

Tommorow, and i mean tommorow, not that other tommorow that never comes.

I believe I am around 5”7’. and weight around 266lbs.

2.) If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
the correct weight for my height would be nice, around 126bls.

3.) At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?

210?

4.) Why do you want to lose weight?
being big as changed me into a person i dont reconise, not just in the mirror, but in personality. i feel like people juge me because of my weight,because i juge myself. i want to feel sexy again and good about myself, im only 21, but i look about 30. its time to stop being depressed about it all and do something about it

5.) Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?

id like to be smaller for my 22, but other than that, just life.

6.) What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?

food, my lazyness.

7.) Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
Ohhhh i alot of bad thing happening all at once, some times i wish it had gone the other way and i stoped eating , but i guess i started to comfort-eat, i got used to the amount i was eating, and just kept going.

8.) What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?

Exercise, and not sleeping as much.

9.) Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
Nope not really, a few lbs sometimes, in the summer, or when im ill.

10.) Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?
i was sad :(

11.) What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
i donno.

12.) Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?

im going to start doing that, seems like a good idea.

13.) Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
I LOVE COOKING. i cook everyday. pastas, cooked dinners, fahitas, currys, soups, anything really.

14.) How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?

hmmm, iv gotten better at this, i used to eat out 3 times a week sometimes more, but now i eat out only sometimes, i suppose its conveniance that i eat out, had a Maccys for tea yesterday :( so naughty.

15.) What are your three favorite foods?
chicken dishes / curry dishes / cooked dinners /

16.) What are your three favorite restaurants?
tokyo / curry house / i donno really i like to eat everywhere, try new things.

17.) What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?

watch when i eat (times)
NO JUNK FOOD OR FAST FOOD

18.) If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
I have dreams about this. id just be happy.

19.) Do you eat when you are not hungry?

yes

20.) Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?

Not so much anymore.

21.) Do you hide your food or eat in secret?

yes, i dont know why i do that. i lie to, about what i have eaten to my boyfriend, to myself as well i guess.

22.) Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
yer, like i said comfort-eating.

23.) Do you eat as a reward?

yes, and i realise that i do that but i cant help myself.

24.) Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?
i think thats the worse thing i do.

25.) What do you normally eat for a meal?

i like to mix it up, soup or sandwhich, or jacket patato for lunch, and someting cooked with salad or veg for tea.

26.) What type of snacks do you eat?

Anyything, chocolate, bread cereal.

27.) In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
walking. thats it

28.) Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?
i dont right now, buts thats going to change.

29.) What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
walking outside thats it.

30.) What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
I love Fashion, so clothes i want to be able to wear and not look like a hippo.

31.) Do you have rewards for certain goals?
nope but im thinking about setting up a savings account and every time i lose 14lbsput some money in that will go towards a new wardrobe :)
 
No problem. We are glad to have you. If there is anything we can do to help you, just speak up. I've noticed the more active you are in the forum, the easier it is for me to follow my lifestyle dietary changes
