Just wanted to introduce myself. I will say out front that I tend to be a lurker with the occasional posting here and there on forums and mailing lists, but I will try as much as I can to contribute to the community.
I can no longer ignore the fact that I am WAY too unhealthy. I can no longer do the thing I love to do, like play rugby, go swimming, surfing, hiking. I have a very sedentary job, Linux administrator, and so I spend a LOT of time in front of a computer for work. That is fine, but I need to balance myself out outside of work so I do not become a blob and to keep myself sharp.

Weight: *gulp* 315lbs.
