Hello, this is vj, i am 52 years old and been told by my DR. to lose weight or end up being diabetic. I am trying very hard, but not getting much results. I have made a drastic change in my sugar intake, eating more veggies, and only eat grilled chicken and tuna. I work out in the gym and do cardio 4 days a week, and in 3 weeks have only lost 2 pounds. Any suggestions?:
