I hope this is okay with the mods... I haven't seen anything for or against adding vlogs to the diary.
Most information is provided in the video, but I'll keep info here as well.
My name is McKenna. I am 21 years old, 5'6" and 220 lbs last I checked. I have tried losing weight countless times, I've tried every diet, and I always gained the weight back. This time is going to be different, I've spent a long time doing research, trying to decide what is the best diet. I won't be counting calories anymore (in the past, when I would count calories, the second I got a few calories over my limit I would beat myself up and give up for the day). I'm cutting out processed food, making as much as I can on my own, and whatever food I buy from the store with have minimal ingredients and all ingredients will be real and natural.
My goal is just to get fit and healthy as soon as I can. I would like to lose 60 lbs by summer and by this time next year I would like to be down to 140, although the numbers on the scale aren't the most important thing to me. I know numbers depend on muscle mass which means my end result might be a little bit more or less than my goal depending on my fitness regimen.
I will be uploading a video at least every other day and hopefully post a link here. Please do me a huge favor and leave suggestions on the video on what I can do to make it better and subscribe if you'd like. Thanks.
