After spending 3-4 months using my exercise bike each day to slim down & lose weight, i have now started to noticed viens appearing in my legs and thighs. Would this be only from the weight lose which isnt much in mt lower legs or the toning of the leg muscels alone?
Would they go away or at least not get worse if i found an alternative for my exercise bike, like bike riding or something else? thank you.
