that video is great!! Is this a gym that you own or work at, and where can I sign up?:) I love the guy working through the shakes on the DL. Some tough mothers there.

I agree with Karky, the video wouldn't have been the same without Dire Straits.
 
Thanks for the great feedback guys. I have had that song in the barrel for a while. I was just waiting for a time when it was right to put it in a video. :D

I work with Sorinex Exercise Equipment. The gym is our showroom and an athletes training center. (the training part is run by Athletes Arena) We are in South Carolina.

Next year is already being planned. You always have to top yourself you know.:beerchug:

The part of you deadlifting, was that from the deadlift bet?
 
Excellent set up. I just got done watching some vids through Athletes Arena, and check out their's and your website. Fantastic set up! We need more places like this. Green Bay, WI has crap!
