Very Important Announcement

So for my 10,000, I'll simply say thanks. Thanks to the forum and all my friends here on WLF for providing a place to help pass the time and share something I've very passionate about.

Oh, and for putting up with my BS.

As much as I like bashing you for being a bully and a dick... I think it's us that needs to thank you. You've been a great help (to me personally and many other people over) to this forum and I can't imagine it could even be as successful without you here.

So, thank you Steve.

To be honest, it's funny how having a lot of posts is used against you. I can't count how many times people call me out (or others with a lot of posts) for being a 'loser with too much time on my hands.'

Funnily enough about comments like that, I don't know anyone in my personal life who has as much fun as I do with my free time. I think having a lot of posts gives the impression that I live on the computer. Well shit, I do work in an office most days of the week. And I'm efficient at what I do so it leaves a good bit of extra time to post. On the weekends my post count goes way down.

I read more than anyone I know. I socialize more than anyone I know. I have a lot of hobbies that I partake in. Plus I have two jobs that I'm successful at, soon to be three (sort of).

I don't say this to impress. I don't say this to explain myself. I say this simply out of curiosity. Suppose I post 20 posts per day, which I don't. A good bit of those take 1 minute or less. That's 20 minutes per day 'wasted.' There is over 34,000 minutes in any given day. Do these people really see an imbalance, especially considering the fact that the subject of this forum is my passion?

Steve,

I know I haven't been here nearly as long as the other 'regulars' but I did want to thank you for taking the time to teach me and everyone else here who is seeking to be educated. You have such a wealth of knowledge and share it, day after day, with people who need it just because you love the subject matter.

Thanks. Just think, for everyone here who has made a successful change in their life because of something you said, you own a little piece of that.

Thanks a bunch... that was very nice. :)

Steve, it's great to know that you're efficient at passing on some highly specialized, very valuable knowledge in a way that very usable. I'd hate to think what your posting would be costing you if it was being being withdrawn from your life at the rate it's been helping other people. Lucky for us that this is your passion I guess! Congrats on the 10,000 +

I'm not sure why anyone thinks that the way you spend your time is any of their business. But anyway, you do a great job here and I know I sure do appreciate all the information you have to share.

Haha, while I wish I could take credit for creating this place.... I'm just a regular member here, just as you. I just post a lot more, lol. And have knowledge in the field, is all.

The creator seldom posts here.

all of us here (you, me and others) create this place. Each person adds to a community or a group. I like it when people are passionate about something and live that passion - thats the way to live :cheers2:

Your posts have been incredibly informative and have helped answer a lot of question I've had. I really appreciate that you don't oversimplify things unless you need to. Thanks!
