A lot of people here have one already, but i advice you get a nice set of scales which also measure Body Fat %, Water Weight % and Muscle %.
My weight hasnt been changing much at all these past couple of weeks, so i decided to try the extra features on the scales.
Turns out over 10 days my BF% has decreased by 1.4% and my muscle % has gone up 0.5%. My water weight has also gone up 4.0%, probably because ive been drinking a lot of soft drinks lately, which could be causing water retention.
So anyway, during those 10 days my weight has gone up and down by +/-2lb which was really annoying and lowered my spirit.
So for a lot of people here who also do weight training while dieting, the plateau could just be because you are gaining muscle and losing body fat at the same time.
Hope this helps.
