So last year i did a good job at taking off weight, i was really into it but i went on vacation and got out of routine and stopped dieting/working out all together. I am back to were i started and i hate it. I am starting fresh at a new gym, my old one was just one that my work provided for free. The new one is nicer and more importantly my 2 closest friends go there 5 nights a week and can be there to help me along, and to send me a message if i miss to keep me on track.
