I've always enjoyed eating carrots and broccoli- IF I can dip them in some great creamy vegetable dip! Otherwise, there is no real appeal there.
What are some alternatives to high calorie dips out there for veggies? How does everyone fit some green into their diets?
Any good recipes? Suggestions?
The only vegetable I could eat for days on days plain raw would probably be yummy red peppers.
