Veggie Help

Hey Guys,

im currently trying to figure out a diet plan for bulking up. Veggies is the only food that i dislike so much that i gag when i try to eat any raw vegetable. Is veggies an essential food to bulking up? Is there anything i can do to replace veggies out of my diet completely or do i just have to suck it up and start eating salads? let me know guys thanks!

you need veggies, not just for bulking but to stay allive.
you will get used to it, just force yourself to eat them. try melting cheese over your veg, or have them in tomato sauce. I dont bother with salad, most basic sallad has virtually no goodness, its just all water and its not filling.
 
even if you dislike vegetarian food, you must include it in your diet. it is very healthy and also very good for losing weight, they never make you fat! maybe change the way the vegetables are cooked-try new vegetarian recipes and see, this may make a difference for you,who knows you may even start liking vegetables.
 
i dont eat vegtables too.. although i do like some, i like corn and cauliflower mmm so good. i dont really mind lettuce either but thats about it. im going to try to talk my parents into buying a juicer or w/e its called.. do you like fruit juices? if so i hear if u mix in fruit in with vegtables the fruit flavor overpowers the veggy taste... i dont know if this is true or not but its worth the try i guess
