Vegan?

Vegan...Well Almost

Any vegans out there?

I'm a vegan, almost. I eat deep water fish three times a week. The rest of my diet is vegan.

I eat fish for the Omega 3 and 6 EFAs. Hard to get it without supplements. I also take 3 tblsp of flax oil a day for the Omega 6.

I would like to cut out the fish because of the heavy metals. I'd love to find a way to get the EFAs I need without the fish.

Have you tried primrose oil and flaxseed oil? Primrose is high in omega-6 and flaxseed in omega-3. Flaxseed is supposedly the most naturally dense source of omega-3. I put ground flaxseeds in EVERYTHING these days. I'm vegetarian by the way - can't live without eggs and cheese!
