Veal Recipe

I just bought about 1lb of ground veal. I've cooked veal before just never had it ground. I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for it?

Well I suppose you could make it into patties, like hamburger, or give this recipe a try. Only thing is the veal will probably be indistinguishable from turkey (and from beef) in the chili.
