Ive noticed in th elast few months that (especially after a workout) my veins practically are popping out of my arms/legs. I usually attribute it to a water deficiency since its post workout, but other times i notice it is right when I wake up.
Im thinking it may also have to do with a lowered BF%, because I never noticed those before, but I know ive had my heart rate high before during cardio workouts.
I think it looks pretty alien haha.
What do you all think?
