Sport V8 the same as veggies?

I hate veggies they are just... ewwie. I'm trying to incorporate more in my diet, despite the yuck factor.

I love V8 tho, so is that the same as having a serving of vegetables?
 
Low sodium 100% V8 juice isn't bad, however the nutrients aren't nearly as strong and as good for you as the real deal.

You would be better off making your own smoothes/juices. The fruit way over powers the taste of the veggies since that is an issue for you. There are some great recipes on the board or if you list some fruits you like i can give you a few.
 
you won't get the fiber. try different kinds of veggies - blended in soups, stir fries, raw in salad. surely you can find someting you like.

My 2 cents..
We all know, as people have mentioned, that canned/processed vegs are never as good as the fresh ones, but, still processed vegs are great.
V8 is 8 vegs, so not bad.

I buy 1 litre pack of V8 during lunch time. Between lunch and 6pm, I keep taking a glass from the pack and finish the whole pack before I finish work.

Similarly on other days, I would finish Innocent smoothies / Pomegrate / Sainsbury's 1 litre pure juice packs.

I still take fresh/cooked vegs / fruits but these are great way to supplement my diet.

Try some of Jamie Oliver's receipes .
I have seen on the telly, sometimes, he shows great veg receipes.
Maybe you will like something.
