i've been working on getting that v shaped upper body for a while now doing lat exercises and shoulder exercises but still have sort of an hour glass shape. my lats are getting bigger and my shoulders are clearly wider than my waist but right around my lower ribs my body goes in then out. it gives me a disproportional and almost feminine look. i have really low body fat (i can see my my abs) so i thought maybe it could be my obliques. if anyone has info i'd appreciate it alot thanx.
