V shape crotch??????

Ive seen some dudes have that "V Shaped" area near there crotch. I was just wondering how to i go about getting that? What workout should i go with?

Im already working on the abs n pecs for months now and its comingvery good. Any suggestions?

i have those, and i still have fat on my stomach, so i dont think u need to be at .00001% bodyfat to see those. when i started doing leg raises and reverse crunches, thats when i noticed those V things.

lighter wait more reps builds muscle endurance, it doesn't tone. Just don't work your arms so intensively for a few weeks.

Let's think about this. First, women have a lack of testosterone and guys have lots of it and still have trouble building muscle...it's quite hard for women to have "huge" arms.

Second, bodybuilders work to have huge guns by lighter weight and more reps (this is only one aspect), so if you don't want to have a lot of sarcoplasmic growth why would you train in such a way?

actually when my 6 week bulking is over, i switch to cut exercises which involve a lot more cardio and lighter weight with more reps.. and i succesfully acomplish my goal, i went from 195lbs 13%bf > 182 7%bf... so im just saying what works for me

There is no such thing as "toning". The reason you're getting more definition in your muscle is that you're losing bodyfat through the extra cardio + more reps. Think about your abs, can you get a 6pack by doing a 1000 situps at low intensity? No you can't, but you can get it by losing fat in accordance with the situps. The more fat you lose around your abs, the more defined they become.

if you would read what i wrote i said 'cut' not tone.. and i know that "The reason you're getting more definition in your muscle is that you're losing bodyfat through the extra cardio + more reps", i said it.. and i do it, but thanks for rewording it..

Im not doubting you know what you're talking about. But if someone asks "how do i tone my muscles?" and you reply "lighter weight more reps" then you're not telling them the whole story. Just because you know why it works doesn't mean they know. My posts aren't contradictory to yours, they are just trying to explain to the person what you didn't.
