using weights

lifting weights use muscles which needs calories, so it directly burns calories, but it also makes muscles stronger and bigger, muscles need calories jsut to excist, so yes its worth it.

i used to alot chew gum, but then i found out the gun i was chewing has aspertame in it, and im currently look for a new gum that has flavour that lasts a long time.

I am so obsessed with Orbit's Bubblemint and Trident's Tropical Twist. The latter my friends and I call "breath of the gods"

A fast paced weight training workout can burn more calories then a medium intensity cardio workout of the same time. If you're looking to build muscle and burn calories focus on circuit training. Pick 8 - 10 exercises, complete 1 set of each exercise in rapid succession; and then rest. Complete each circuit 3 or 4 times. This will burn a ton of calories and you'll also get a very good weight workout.
