hi guys

what's better for fat loss lifting heavy low reps or lifting light weights high reps.

Thanks

Heavy low apparently stimulates the muscle's adaptation response which, due to caloric deficit, means you retain more muscle than you would normally.

However, I've read that when you're beginning it's best to start with light high, not only as this helps with learning correct form, but untrained individuals tend to put on muscle no matter what weight training format they use. (Recently read an article about it on Lyle McDonald's site, bodyrecomposition.com)
