Using a multigym

i am 6ft and weigh around 14 stone. i want to build alot more muscle could anyone gove me anyadvise i have a multigym to use
 
I don't know the limitations of the equipment you have but the 5x5 is something you can look at. It has squats, deads, bench, pullups etc everything needed to build some mass and gain strength - you need to eat as well. Do you have an olympic barbell?

While a barbell is considered best, if you don't have one and don't want to go out and buy one, you'll just have to make do with what you have. That being said, what exercises can you do on your multi-gym?

Blackbeard posted a good routine and the exercises he listed are essential. Add to that list overhead presses and rows and those 6 exercises will make the foundation of any weightlifting routine.

You don't need to add OHP or Rows to the 5x5 because it already includes them. I didn't list the whole shebang, but if you click on the link you will see the workout in detail Workout A, Workout B etc. :D
