Does anyone have any experience with using an ECA to drop some pounds? I need to lose some weight (20 lbs or so) and along with a healthy diet and exercise I want to try out ECA. For anyone who does know it stands for ephedrine, caffine, and asprin.
I just ordered Vasopro (25 mg ephedrine, 200mg of Guaifenesin). Previously to ordering this, I ordered a energy boost/diet pill called Xenadrine NRG. My questions are:
1) Do i still need to buy a caffine pill or will Xenadrine NRG work in place of it.
&
2) Anyone used an ECA will successful results?
