I could be dense, but since I'm new (again) at this...
How do I add a tracker?
Where can I edit my signature?
Am I blind? (probably)

You can't get a signature until you have a certain number of posts- it might be 10? When you can, click on someone's tracker and you'll be taken to a site where you can make your own.
