This is my fifth day of lifechange. The past 2-3 days I have had an upset stomash (the runs and some cramping) it is mainly after breakfast and a few hours. Rest of the day is problem free.
It prevents me from just jumping out of bed and into the woods exercising. Currently I am just sitting around and waiting for lunch and for my stomach to relax before I can get out in the sun and sweat pounds of fat off.
I eat the same type of foods as always, just left things out.
Gluten free, dairy free, oat free (allergies). 1500 calories a day
Mainly I have cut out fat (hardly getting any probably a problem),
no sugars -exept the ones found in fruit and other grains
cut down on bread
Most of my meals consist of raw vegetables, a little fruit and some boiled meat, sometimes bread in stead of meat, at most meals I have 50-100 calories of fat (oliveoil or peanutbutter)
Fat and bread is just so calorierich that its hard getting them AND avoid hunger.
I have lost 4 kilos and am not dehydrated.
What can I do, could it be too many raw vegetables? Don't really like cooked vegestables :/
