Upset Stomach (and impatient person)

This is my fifth day of lifechange. The past 2-3 days I have had an upset stomash (the runs and some cramping) it is mainly after breakfast and a few hours. Rest of the day is problem free.
It prevents me from just jumping out of bed and into the woods exercising. Currently I am just sitting around and waiting for lunch and for my stomach to relax before I can get out in the sun and sweat pounds of fat off.

I eat the same type of foods as always, just left things out.
Gluten free, dairy free, oat free (allergies). 1500 calories a day
Mainly I have cut out fat (hardly getting any probably a problem),
no sugars -exept the ones found in fruit and other grains
cut down on bread

Most of my meals consist of raw vegetables, a little fruit and some boiled meat, sometimes bread in stead of meat, at most meals I have 50-100 calories of fat (oliveoil or peanutbutter)

Fat and bread is just so calorierich that its hard getting them AND avoid hunger.
I have lost 4 kilos and am not dehydrated.

What can I do, could it be too many raw vegetables? Don't really like cooked vegestables :/

If you're drinking a lot and getting a ton of fiber (which you may very well be), that could be causing this. Too little fiber and drink and you end up with constipation, so I'd imagine a ton of fiber (which pushes through your body quickly) being rushed along by a lot of liquid would have the opposite effect. Without something to bind to, the fiber isn't going to stay in your system long. But how much protein are you getting? It's important to balance out your fats, protein, and carbs in order to have regular, normal BMs. Ginger should help with your cramping and if I'm having tummy troubles I usually eat rice. If it continues, I'd so see the doctor just to make sure, and take a few day's worth of food journal with you.

It could be that it's just your body adjusting to your new eating habits. But I'd still reccomend checking back with your doctor, just to be safe. All the best to you.

Oh, I signed up for new answers, but must have missed the notification.
Stomach has been fine a few days now.
Thanks for posting, will remember ginger if cramping!
