I suppose I'm talking about getting a decent six-pack, I don't mean crazy bulging Men's Health cover six-pack. Just... definition, intonation etc. Oh and arms too - don't want toothpick arms. So what would you say is the minimum I can do :p (with dumbells if that helps) to get looking pretty good. At the moment I'm on about half an hour a night of:

-Bicep curls
-Sit-ups (with dumbells held behind head)
-Leg raise - for lower abs
-Upright row
-Bench press
-Lateral raise
-Support body weight on arms and toes - tenses most muscles.

I do each one until I'm in pain, then a bit more, and move on through the exercises in a cycle until I come back to one and I can't do it.

Anyway, I've just started this, so I'd appreciate if you could tell me where I might be spinning my wheels, so to speak, or anything like that. Or just if it's not enough...

Thanks.

There is so much wrong here, which is probably why you haven't gotten a response yet because too much to say.

Take $17 bucks, save your body and buy this book. It is a great start.
