UPDATE - Im back

Long time no see to all of you guys thats gelped me out with my weight training about 2 years ago. I've taken advice from several of you and put a lot of it to the test. Id like to update my max numbers and continue to get help/support.

Bench - 250
Deadlift - 415
Squat - 285

tony or karky can add those numbers to the charts now,
Weight: 160
Height: 6'1

My conquest now is to raise that squat!
