update for my weightloss

So an update,I posted before about needing to lose weight I was 19 stone then,i gradually went up to 21 stone.I then said to myself enough is enough,and I have gotten myself down to 14.5 stone.Now I want to tone up,lose the moobs and the flabby belly for good what exercises would help to achieve this?

Im male age 29,5'8 in height.I eat a very good diet now,high protein,low fat.I am exercising 6 days a week,weight training/cardio with aerobic mixed in,will start swimming too,im also doing karate three times a week
 
Do full body free weight exercises with high reps and short rest breaks. Workouts should be about an hour done 3-4x/week
