I am very lucky and got to plan a last minute trip to Key West. Only problem is it is only 3 weeks away! I've been working hard to change eating habits and exercise but at the same time not go crazy so that I totally quit.
Well now I really want to step it up to get ready. I'm not expecting to lose all my weight or anything, I would just like there to be a noticeable difference. I would love to hear ideas for kicking things up a notch! Unfortunately for me I have a feeling that may include eliminating my nightly wine drinking
I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 175lbs. I'm also vegetarian and don't eat eggs. I'm thinking I need to do more of a high protein type thing, but that's always been tough as a vegetarian.
